Introduction

Information system «PLATONUS» is designed to provide effective information support for the management processes of the educational system, as well as management of the educational process of higher and secondary educational institutions.

Information system «PLATONUS» will provide a set of tasks in the following areas:

  • Improving the effectiveness of management in the field of education on the basis of information and technical support for solving tasks of monitoring compliance with the contingent's cash receipts;
  • Improving the quality of the provision of educational services through the improvement of information and technical support for the activities of higher and secondary educational institutions, their staff and students
  • • Increase awareness of students of higher and secondary educational institutions on the management of the educational process, as well as activities in the field of education through the provision of opportunities for electronic interaction with the relevant authorities.

Login

To log in, you must do the following:

  1. Open a browser (InternetExplorer or another). In the address bar, specify the address of the portal. As a result of this, a user authorization page should appear in front of you.
  2. Select a language (The system fully supports 3 languages - Kazakh, Russian and English)
  3. Enter the login (issued by the service office of the registrar or the personnel department)
  4. Enter password
  5. Click on the button "LOG IN" (Pic. 1)

Notice.If you do not have a login and password or you have forgotten them, you will not be able to log in, contact the KazUTB registrar office. With successful authorization you will be taken to the main page of your personal account.

  1. Go to the site www.kazutb.kz open the corresponding tab Platonus, or directly, through the browser by entering the address 82.200.168.182
  2. In the window that opens, select the language and enter the login and password (issued to the Office of the Registrar), click «Login». The start page of your personal account opens with greetings and announcements.

Notice: If you do not have a login and password, or you have forgotten them, you will not be able to log in, contact the KazUTB registrar office.

With successful authorization you will be taken to the main page of your personal account.

Main menu

This is the user's main tool in choosing the action he performs. For the student are presented: classroom, magazine, schedule, individual curriculum, calendar, transcript, appeals, authorization parameters and questionnaires.

- In the section «Educational audience» - you will see the entire list of disciplines

- The «Journal» link allows you to see in more detail what your grades in the semester disciplines are.

- In the selection «Individual Curriculum» -Individually given disciplines and their leading teachers for this semester. Here you can create, view or print your individual curriculum in terms of semesters.

<p>- The link &laquo;Calendar&raquo; available dates for the current academic year, semester dates and delivery of control tasks and tests. Within 15 weeks, the student must study the material of all disciplines of the semester to pass test tasks and be tested.The deadlines for the delivery of control tasks are confined to the landmark control 1 and 2, which end, respectively, at 7-8 and 15 weeks. After successfully passing the test tasks the student is allowed to take the exam. Exam dates are also listed in the Calendar. </p>
<p>Within 15 weeks, the student must study the material of all disciplines of the semester to pass the control tasks. After successfully completing the test tasks the student is allowed to take the exam. </p>

- In the section «Transcript» - You will see all your grades by semesters for the entire period of study.

- In the «Appeals» - you can submit during testing

- «Authorization parameters» - you can change the login and password

In the user block (in the upper right corner) the following actions of the user block will be available to you:
